The Lord’s supper is fundamental to Berrymead Church and has been so since it was founded.

The communion is a time for us to stay in close fellowship with one another and to come to the Lord’s table to wholeheartedly tell Him that we do remember and we do know that without Him and His sacrifice, our lives would still be on the broad road that leads to destruction (Matthew 7:13).

Every other Sunday we dedicate a special evening time starting from 7:00pm to stay in fellowship around the Lord’s table, with prayers, praise, hymns, and thanksgiving. However, to give everybody the chance to remember our Saviour and «proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.» (1 Corinthians 11:26), the remaining Sundays we have the communion during our Family Service. In this case it becomes a much briefer ritual, yet still retaining its central importance.
